I want this site to work for as many people as possible — including anyone using a keyboard, a screen reader, or a smaller screen.

What I aim for

This site is built with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as the target. That's a goal I work toward, not a certification — but it shapes how the site is put together.

What's in place

  • Every page can be navigated by keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip-to-content link.
  • Images carry descriptive alternative text for screen readers.
  • Headings and page landmarks are structured so assistive technology can move through the content.
  • Text and background colors are chosen to meet AA contrast for readability.
  • Motion and animation are reduced automatically when your device requests it.
  • Layouts adapt to phones and tablets without loss of content or function.

Where it's still improving

Accessibility is ongoing, not a one-time checkbox. Some areas can always be better, and new content is reviewed as it's added. If you hit a barrier, I'd genuinely like to know — it helps me fix it.
