Yes. Project management — tracking decisions, specifications, lead times and the trades — is part of full-service work, and is one of the main reasons a project stays on sequence.

Select light-commercial spaces — private medical and therapy offices, aesthetic clinics, wellness and massage studios, salons and boutique professional offices. Not hospitals, enterprise campuses or major developments.

Sooner than most people think. The earlier I'm involved — ideally before finishes are ordered or walls are moved — the more I can prevent expensive rework and keep the sequence intact. Bringing a designer in after decisions are locked limits what's possible and often costs more.

Every project is shaped around the client's goals, scope, and individual budget, whether it's a single bathroom or an entire home. The overall investment may include construction, fixtures, cabinetry, furnishings, procurement, and project management; it is separate from my design fee. I provide a custom proposal for each project.

No. Scope depends on construction, plumbing changes, cabinetry, furnishings, procurement, travel and project management, and those vary too much to package honestly. Each project is proposed on its own terms.

Yes. I'm based in Arizona and also in Tirana, Albania, where I take on projects as well. Destination work pairs remote planning with scheduled site visits.

For destination work, I organize and pay for approved travel and accommodation up front, and the client reimburses those costs — budget agreed to in the contract before anything is booked, so there are no surprises.

No. My natural aesthetic leans transitional and traditional — warm, collected, layered, attentive to proportion — but I don't impose a signature look. The work adapts to industrial, loft or even more austere directions when they genuinely suit the client and the architecture.

No. Custom is used where it solves a specific problem, answers the architecture, or holds long-term value. Most projects are a deliberate mix of custom, trade and ready-made pieces so the budget goes where it counts.

Yes — custom drapery, motorized shades, blinds and related treatments, specified, measured and installed. In Arizona they do real work managing light and heat, not just softening a window.

Art buying and placement isn't something I take on directly — but I'll happily connect you with a trusted art-buying partner who specializes in sourcing and hanging work at the right scale.

No. centriKdesign does not design yards. When a patio is part of a larger interior project, I may help with its functional layout — but landscaping itself isn't a service.

Because good work depends on a chain of dependencies and lead times. Cabinetry, stone, tile, appliances and custom pieces are made and delivered on their own schedules, and each step often waits on the one before it. Realistic timing is part of the plan from the start, not a surprise at the end.

Usually one of a few things: conditions found once walls are open, a decision changed after it was approved, or a late selection that forces others to shift. I reduce them by front-loading decisions and flagging dependencies early — but some are simply the nature of construction.
