I design short-term rentals to photograph well, stand out among the identical flats a guest is scrolling past, and hold up to back-to-back stays and fast turnovers. I also take on intimate hospitality spaces — a boutique restaurant's dining room, a small café — where how the room makes a guest feel is part of what you're selling. This is work for independent owners who want a room with real character — nothing like the template a chain rolls out from a binder.
How it works, and how travel is handled
Most of the design happens remotely — measured plans, selections and drawings over video and shared boards — anchored by on-site visits at the moments that matter: the walkthrough, key decisions and installation. I organize and pay for approved travel up front, and you reimburse it against a budget we agree in writing before anything is booked.
