I live and work in Peoria, which means the West Valley is the one place I can be there in person — at the site, at the fabricator, at the install — from the first walkthrough to the last piece of styling.

In person, start to finish
Local projects get the most of my time on the ground. I can meet at your home, walk the space with your contractor, check a tile lot in person before it's set, and be there on install day. Proximity is its own kind of quality control — the small course-corrections that only happen when the designer is standing in the room.
West Valley homes, understood
Much of Peoria and the surrounding West Valley is newer construction — open plans, tall ceilings, big west-facing glass and builder-grade finishes ready to be replaced. I know these houses and where they reward investment: the bathrooms and kitchens that were value-engineered the first time, and the light that needs managing before summer.
