Replace a builder-grade drop-in tub and laminate with a spa-like primary bath that still felt warm rather than clinical.

The approach
Large-format marble-look porcelain wraps the shower and continues to the tub wall so the room reads as one calm surface. Matte-black fixtures draw the eye, a glass-mosaic niche adds a quiet jewel-box moment, and luxury vinyl flooring keeps the whole thing warm.
